Data we collect

We collect the email address you provide for early access and, if you fill in the partner form, your business details: company name, contact name, email, phone, category, and message. We do not collect unnecessary data.

Purposes of processing

We use your data to respond to your partnership request, to notify you of the service launch, and for communications strictly related to your request. We do not use it for advertising profiling.

Legal basis

Processing is based on your explicit consent, given when you submit the form, and on the legitimate interest in following up on your contact request.

Data retention

Data collected through the signup and partner application forms is kept for a maximum of 24 months from collection, or until the data subject requests its deletion by writing to hello@visitromefiumicino.com.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, request its correction or deletion, object to processing, and request its portability, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
